yeah i told him that but hes not into modding and all that so i told him at least an auto g35 is luxury but and auto 350 is just as big a fail as an auto 8, in that case id make him keep my 8 haha

yea dude theres a downloadABLE PDF. just do a Ctrl+F then search for RX-8 you'll find the MS part number and download the PDF. bring that to the sheriffs station and say hey look its carb legal straight from the carb website.

If they still give you **** say listen man were both men here we both put our pants on one leg at a time. I wouldn't go to this much trouble for some air filter I bought at a dealership.

And if he stills gives you **** stalk him and find out where he lives then go to his house one day and tag up his whole house with the words "is this carb legal enough for you *** guzzling *** clown"

 

and after i do that, i sell you guys in 3-5 years pending early release! hahah
