Yea...some lady put her SUV into reverse and backed into the front end...

I was going to pay for it myself, but looks like her insurance is going to cover it...

brakes are pretty much a DIY job., you'll only need basic hand tools and a c-clamp.

if you car is not lowered any jack and jack stand will do. 2-3 ton should be fine

for the pads? or the entire system..

i dont have many tools.. DIY on cars is a new frontier for me.. coz my old car, 2006 Camry was something the dealer would always take care of :/

Gordhan, both jobs are as easy as taking a ****. Look up the DIY in search. It wont take you more then 30min. Plus why be lazy and waste money taking it in? Get to know your 8 and make sweet love to it.
