no but seriously - in every caravan the leaders will have radios. Those that wanna hear whats going on are free to have their own but the airwaves need to be clear so we can communicate.

ok my thoughts on this....new plans sound great...and the wristband idea sounds really good to.
My only concern is the actual size of the cruise...when we had the really large cruise it was hard to manage on the streets and not as enjoyable cause it was so crowded. I dont think it will ever be that large again but its just a concern of mine.

I think the most frustrating parts of the cruise are going to be where the 133 bottlenecks into pch and pch thru newport. But once we start getting into HB it really opens up. After mainstreet it'll be all us on two lanes; wide open
Roger: I could see this year's cruise being larger then last year's.
The issue with our route is that due to the bottle neck described above, the amount of traffic in newport, and the sheer amount of damn street lights, we're bound to split up at some point.
That's not really a concern of mine but I know some people get frustrated by it.
We usually all arrive at our destination only a few minutes apart so all is well.

it is a concern of mine for the fact of what happened last cruise...with the accident...and the chaos of keeping the peace on the streets everyone tries to speed up to catch up to eachother and **** like that happens. I know its stated in the rules not to speed...but some will for the sake of staying with the group.
Saying that many of us have driven with eachother before and know what our cars are capable of so its not hard to drive alongside close to each other. So if we do have other forums and members join the cruise I vote we keep all the 8's together 3's together and etc.
