then whos paying the $100 to reserve? unless that was not intended to reserve we still need to resolve that issue

but if $10 fee from everyone was for food then yeah i guess that different

yeah but mike we only attempted that move once to move to fire pit for the first cruise

we havent done a fire pit since that so its still about $30 or less

as for the cost of this, it's cleary in the 1st post

$15 will get you parking and an extra $10 will help with our reservation and food

It'll be $25 total.
that gets you parking, a spot in the reserved location, and some grub.

Chase: even with $100 left over, that really doesn't buy a whole lot when you consider the amount of people that could show up.

We'll figure out the menu later but for now we pretty much know the cost, I think Atilla wants more feedback on which camp site we'd prefer 18C or 17D

okay so back to 18c or 17d. i say no to 18c because it is right next to the court so we will have to control the people that are playing from sitting on our tables and eating our food. look at the picture way to close
i say 17d

IMPORTANT:

If we do go with the 'reserve' plan and you do pitch in money for food - I WILL HAVE A WAY TO MONITOR WHO GETS FOOD AND WHO DOESN'T. I can guarantee people who are supposed to get food WILL get food and those who did not pay will not.

cool, stratch that off my list.

the question now becomes: how do we collect the money for the reservation in a timely manner (which shoudl be easy, it's only $100) and do we set up some kind of pay pal for the food fund.
