p.s. am really sorry i couldn't make it to cesar's party. really wanted to go, but after running around all afternoon/ evening, i was too exhausted to safely make the drive out to fontana and back again. hope everyone had a great time at the party. and, congrats again to cesar & deanna on the new house.

Happy Birthday Jorge! Uh oh....I was asleep when Nino left and it's his birthday too. I can't believe I said happy birthday to you before my own husband. Better go make a phone call. Have a great day Jorge.

saturday was a great run except for the incident. I dont have too many pictures but i will post them up tonight. Can i sugest we make a committee decesion to try some of the nice roads out in the upland rancho area. Keep it mixed up and make it easier on some of the longer cummuters.

Since many of you that compete in autocross have been invited to attend our event that same day...I have sent an email to Renee, event chair for no Bucks. I have asked that they consider changing the run/work times for BSP given that there are 6 of us, who normally compete in BSP, who will be unable to make it given that we are currently scheduled to race/work after lunch.

I figure, financially, they would want us to run....it is more money for them...and it doesn't really ruffle any feathers as long as there is time to allow notice to the others in BSP (mainly Aaron, the guy in the MS Miata and the S2000 guys....) I'll post her response when I get it.

keep the fingers crossed.

Lesper, I am fine with that. please find us a road to run on. I would stil llike to keep al lmeets at 9:00 at pirate city. then leave for the run after that. I would also like if people from that area still came to the meet first. I know it seems pointless to have people drive to san b jsut to turn around and go back for the run. (which is exactly what Jesse and myself do when we do the idlewile run) but i think it makes for more fun if everyone is there for the meet and the run. when its broken up it does not seem like its as much fun. but of course that would be each persons decission.

again. find us a road, and I am more then happy to use that as a part of out runs. I too like to change things up. just keep it somewhat close (as far as the start point).

yes i didnt intend to start the meet out here just run and finish it. Gerry or Sherri may already have a road but when i get a chance i will try to do my own exploring.

one of the white FC's rear-ended a truck that was driven by an unlicensed driver, of all things. and, one of the friends of the FC guys- who drives a white Integra- got pulled over and given a referee tix for all the mods on his car.

i think the accident put most of us on edge, more than anything else. but, fortunately the damage wasn't bad and everyone was able to drive home safely.

Just to add to that comment.

The FC accident happened well after the run. We finished the "spirited" driving section, and were driving towards Denny's about 20mins when he rear-ended the truck at a stop light. Probably doing around 10mph tops.

The integra had tons of visual mods that made it stand out.
And, it had a classic, ghetto-fab, broken coffee can sounding exhaust.
(Which made for a sucky 1st part of the run for me.)
I was 4 cars behind him, and couldn't even hear myself think.
I was behind a beautiful FD, that probably sounded great, but all I heard was tin can vibrato the whole way up. After our stop at the top, I made sure to jump closer to the front.

Still sucks he got a ticket. Cops like that really need to get a life.
