It's a phonetic representation of his name, when pronounced correctly.
Say "Jorge" out loud, pronounced correctly, in the Spanish version.

yeah, email server must be FUBAR'd. I haven't gotten any emails from the site in almost a full day.
When I tried to get on last night, I kept getting server errors. Poor little hamster must be injured
