We saw Jason (Spice Boy) on Monday!
He got his car painted. he stoped by for a few minutes. it was nice to see him.
Here is a picture.
Chris was loving his car.
Its a Porche color
the Carbon hood is dusted. Its very cool. looks the same color in the picture, but when you see it in person you can still see the carbon through it. (Ive always wanted to do this if I eer got a carbon hood.)

Jason sent me the pics as well, it looks really good. I'm normally not a fan of that color but I think his car pulls it off nicely.
Now he just needs an aftermarket exhaust and some wheels.
Casey: isn't he living out near you these days?

hmm... yah, i've been comparing pictures, and the difference is there- but the original wheels don't look 'bad.' just a bit dated...
maybe i should save the money to put towards a new 2009/2010 R6 instead in a few months instead... :P
decisions, decisions...

Detrich: I'm inclined to agree with Loren on this one, I would keep the current wheels as everything else on you car is OEM.
Besides, paying more money to 'upgrade' from one stock wheel to another stock wheel just doesn't seem like it's the best way to spend your funds.
That R6 sounds like a much better option.

R6 is a better option but given the miles on you current 8 sounds a little crazy. That is like ordering another steak at a resturant when you are only half finisehd with the first one?
i want a blue R3 too... but, that's an entirely different story...
if i had known black cars were THIS difficult to keep clean, i definitely would've gotten a different color...
but, as with all things, the heart wants what it wants until it realizes- oops i stepped in ****.

LOL... even in the garage with a cover it gets dirty SO fast...
hey Loren, apple has this thing that lets you easily create calendars with iPhoto... if i have time this weekend i'll try to play around with it some.
how are the calendars coming along btw?

how's it getting dirty WITH a cover on?
Mine stays quite clean with my covercraft Noah cover.
I'm looking at one of their indoor car covers, those things look soooo nice. Not liking the price tag much though.

well, the opening closing of the garage kicks up dust still- coupled with driving it out once a week or so. and, the dust just accumulates...
i love how black looks clean and shiny. but, it's just hard for it to stay that way i guess...
