Wat! Did Jedi go gay?

Is that how he is avoiding Obama's hench men?

I hear their looking for all bankers because they are for closing on mortgages.

Obama doesn't believe the people have to make loan payments let alone be on time.

Last week it was the Chamber of Commerce as Communist spies, funding the Republican party.

This week it's the evil bankers who give out loans for houses and expect to be re-paid.

Where will his idocracy end?

After he blame the RX8 for all of our problems?

well, the crazy financial debacle technically happened under george w. bush (and greenspan). but, obama hasn't really gotten a good handle over the problem either... outlandish mortgage lending practices coupled with the ridiculous, mortgage-backed securities/ derivatives basically meant it was a disaster waiting to happen. both greedy homeowners and greedy banks- all at the expense of the tax payer. and, the loopholes in the financial systems allowed it to all happen...

the financially conservative/ moderate middle class got screwed over- ie those of us who (a) live within our means, (b) bought homes that we can actually afford, and (c) invest conservatively in our 401k's etc. we technically did nothing wrong, but saw our stock investments tank with the market... lol

well, karma's a bitch i guess...

see thats the problem, fixing this mess. no one person can do it alone,
and no one wants to make the hard choices. blame it on technology
if not for modern advances there would be more tellers at the bank.
and no atm machines. we'ed have more cashiers at the store instead
of self check outs. now who would like to give up their smart phone to
put someone back to work.see another hard choice.
get rid of automation at our plants and put
people back on the assembly line.

Hey Jorge..this year the Rolex Grand AM Series is coming back to Leguna Seca. You think your Jedi powers can organize a caravan / camping trip to the track for that weekend? It is July 9th.

its only about 300 miles from Orange County. We could definitely make a weekend out of this.
Loren: is there an area to camp out there?
wait... how the hell are we going to fit camping gear in our rx8's?

There is a camp ground on the track. As for gear all you need is a sleeping bag, pad, pillow, tent and ice chest and BBQ. The camping spots also have fire pits. The town is very close so the ice chest could be empty on the way up. I have gear that could fit in my car for two (packpacking stuff) or I also have a tent that will sleep 6 or 7. I also have a smll BBQ.

And if you go up the 5 you can cut accross the range through some wicked twisties (although local CHP watch them) and we could even make a trip on the way home and come down the 1 (through Big Sur and Hurst Castle)!

My brother lives in San Luis Obispo, maybe I'll just have him pack up a truck or SUV and meet me there with camping gear since I don't really see an ice chest, a tent, and a bbq fitting in my 8.
besides, I really don't want to have to readjust my rear suspension to account for the added trunk weight as it'll probably cause me to rub the inner fender as is.

this does sound like it could be a fun trip though!

Many of ths spots are RV style/parking lot camping but there are some like I pointed out that take a tent. I would think tickets might? sell out fast but I am not sure as the schedule was just released this week. RX-8 or not it would still be fun and i am sure the boys up north already do smething like this so they can get in the paduucts?

You guys have trunks, backseats, and a passenger seat to fit stuff into. Thats like twice the space of an FC and I bet I could fit all my junk into my car for a weekend. Granted I wouldn't be able to see out the back hatch but meh.

yeah but I've got subwoofers and and stuff in the trunk.
The back seat is nice but the center console prevents you from laying stuff down back there.
eh, we'll figure something out.

worst case scenario I'll cheat and bring the X3
