yes, the star wars brand has been going downwards in my opinion as well....the movie based games is where it started its downward spiral with respect to gaming. I think the movie platform started downwards after the introduction of Jar-Jar.

 

the clone wars animated movie and tv series have been really good (one of my friends does all the music scoring for those, btw.)

the clone wars animation series have great stories and really good character development. u get to see and learn about some of the back story behind a lot of star wars characters from the movies- ie like some of those jedis that get killed in a wink during all those battles. they each have a back story and unique personalities and so forth. for true fans, it's quite a treat.

speaking of that other race car game, it got a new teaser trailer...but still no release date LOL. the game can look awesome but if you cant play it what does it matter?

a while back Dana White was ripping on Kimbo about how he was nothing but a marketing gimmick and that he'd never be on the level of the UFC Heavyweights. He did HOWEVER offer him a chance at the UFC (mainly to prove his point)

He said that Kimbo could earn his way into the UFC by competing on The Ultimate Fighter and if he won, he'd let him in. WELL....Kimbo's accepted the offer.

 

none of the guys on UFC ever seem to really fight with kung fu style fighting... it'd be cool if every match were like watching Jet Li or Jackie Chan fight.

Not only is he the new Champion but he's undefeated at 15-0; no one can figure out a way to counter his Karate style. It's awesome to see him fight.

Holllly crap! I've got to get a High Definition television, because even if I got that game, it wouldn't look nearly that spectacular.

Forza 2 looks good on my TV, but the TV's quality is a severe limitation on the visual aspects of the game.
