It was an upgrade when she got an HD tv, called to see what they had, told them what we wanted, and it was something that was brand new at the time. She hasn't had any problems with the system and she likes having the option of shutting off the downstairs tv, but continuing to watch things upstairs in the evenings.
ooppppp, now that I think about it, I think she has Dish TV.

drove by Puente Subaru, well not really, but I can see them off the freeway on my drive. They have a brand new STI with a huge 9000$ rebate sticker on it.....hmmmm
I have a guy do them for me. I have tried other ways, but he gets more money for me and does it way cleaner than I could.
Such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I normally owe a little bit to the Gov't, and get a bit from the state. But this year was better, they both payed me

Detrich: do you usually end up paying? I would think with the condo, you'd make out alright.
I got mine done last week, I agree that it is a HUGE relief to have them done.
In '06 I COMPLETELY procrastinated and didn't bother filing mine until August. (and I didn't even file an extension)

..and with the changes that are about to happen, wouldn't it be better to wait till all the laws go into effect so you can get all the tax breaks as possible....if you filed now, and something changed.....or maybe those changes would only go into effect this current year and not last year which we are filing now.....
it's always better to owe a little bit rather than wait for a refund. if you're getting a refund, then your withholding allowances aren't optimized. seriously though, why let the state and federal gov't earn interest on -YOUR- money? it's not like they are going to thank you for it...
i have a neighbor who told me she used to get $7K refunds. i guess it is true that god doesn't give out brains & looks in the same package i guess...
