just saw batman and i thought it was really good. the ending was a bit too long and the closing monologue was slightly cheesy. i think if they shaved about 15 or 20 min off it would've been perfect. ironically journey 3-d was showing in the theater next door. lol
Now there's a man who has been Rick Rolled one too many times.

so the bad news continues on our culdasac. i found out the couple that bought the empty house accross the street and has been fixing it up the last 2 months broke up. i guess as soon as her parents came out for the wedding things headed south, They were goign to move in in august.
Basically since we moved into our house, 4 of the 10 houses on the culdasac have either been or are in trouble or owners have changed. That is a pretty sad faliure rate in relationships / finincial situations.
I have know idea what you guys are talking about Rick rolled?

^^^^
My buddies neighborhood, all the houses got refinanced to the neg-ams a couple years ago
They all told him he was dumb for keeping his 30 year fixed. (at less than 5%)
"Our payment went down!"
"we pulled out cash!"
"like my new car?"
"you are stupid if you dont do it too!!!!"
4 of them have been bounced. And I saw another one moving out yesterday
Should I be nervous buying a house now?

No way. Best time to buy is right now. And when you do get equity, don't cash out and spend it.
Just ask anyone about to be out of work, but contemplating a new iPhone.
