Well I just got home today from work

going down the 605/405 junction, I met a BB rx8 with app package and stock spoiler

so being the nice dude that I am, I go up next to the ******* and honk, give him a thumbs up, and point to my rx8club sticker...........the dude looks at me, and floor's it, then he do that brakelight-streetrace win thinging on me, roll up next to me again, and give me the middle finger..................

cmon man, you guys gotta becareful who you sell your cars to!!

Yeah I definately agree with this statement. Most of the members around here flame the newbs like crazy. A guy asks a simple question and will get a ton of posts which state lies or other crap. When I first got on this forum, people were really nice and you just got the occasional flame. Now it is just ridiculous! Come on guys just because someone asks a question which has been repeated over and over, doesn't mean it is right to tell the guy off. Instead, just tell them nicely to search or just give them the answer. It's really not that hard.

You rolled up on a car
Honked your horn, the California way to say "lets race".
When the thumb drops you go. Everyone knows that.
He won, so he hit the hazards to signal the kill.

This sounds like a street racing thread

This place is nothing compared to the FC section on the rx7club, dont know if he is still around but i did have a few run ins with ReTed, if anyone has been around rotaries and owned a few they have been on the rx7club site, they are the king of flamers. Its like middle school sometimes with those guys. I did learn alot from watching other people eff up though, hahaha

awesome ride man

I had a Brilliant Black pass me the other day and give me the cold shoulder. I waved but he didn't even look over!

LOL at least other RX-8 owners acknowledge you Around here they tend to look straight ahead. It is rare I get a wave back from another 8 owner.
