Forum Rule #6.
We do not have a street racing or "kills" forum on this site. These types of posts inevitably turn into flamewars, which nobody wins. Threads or posts about street racing will not be tolerated, and will be considered a violation and treated as such. Also, any forum member caught trolling and intentionally instigating a flame war on any other auto enthusiast forum gets an immediate 1-week ban; protesting this action results in a permanent ban.

How does this work. Is it always assumed you're on the street unless you specify "at the track"? I just assumed the thread starter was at the track. Maybe that's just because all my racing is done at the track.

Jumping to conclusions? Maybe.

Track drivers normally post more details, like times or post their track slips.

Absolutely!

Off the line would have read 60' times.

After the third would have been after the 1/8 mile.

The final comparison would be 1/4 mile times.

I guess it was because he said "the best race i had so far", so I assumed a real race not a street race. I could be wrong. Most times, a street racer says something like "the light turned green and..." Or "the light changed and I".
