hi, i am wondering which dealer will do the no start / weak start TSB without questioning?

I just brought my 04 RX8 to galpin mazda in van nuys for the recalls and i mentioned that my car is having weak start problem, but they didnt do the TSB because they said the car preformed normally when i brought it there. So i am wondering which dealer will do the TSB without any question? Thanks

browning mazda.... i told them my car took a couple of cranks before starting in the daytime and night... they told me that my car had to fall into the vin # list..... it did they and replaced the starter! so if your car falls into that vin # list they should replace it with no questions!
