just tell me the event date and location. i live a long ways from all of them so about the same drive for me. ill see if i can make it out.

August 17th (Thursday) at Union Landing in front of Krispy Kreme starting at around 7:00pm. I'm going to get that day off so i'll be there on time or a little early.

based on the results, it looks like meet every saturday at union city or milpitas. are we waiting for other bay area members to vote? we should have bay area members' list. just my $0.02

 

I like the rotating once a week thing, so like once a month at each venue, every week overall. Buuut, I'm not sure if the yay area has enough members to sustain such an effort. It would be awesome if you proved me wrong.

For example (doesn't necessarily have to be like every thursday, could be different days of the week):
1st thursday - Union City
2nd thursday - Hayward
3rd thursday - Milpitas
4th thursday - Palo Alto
5th thursday - day off OR big Bay Area meet (since it's only every once in a while that there are 5 thursdays a month)

What do y'all think? If there's something cool going on at another city's meet, like somebody just installed a new slick body kit or a custom stereo job, you could make an effort to swing by their meet, or wait until they show it off at the big bay area one.

i like this as well. but for now lets just try out the once a month meet then if we get good turnouts, maybe we can move on to twice a month and then so fourth.

I may actually be able to make it to this one. Haven't been to an 8 meet in ages.

 

im going to try my best to make that meet but i dont know...i have school and possibly my summer reading test on friday
