there's a couple of blue 8's around, but never once seen one show up to a meet. Never heard from one on the forums either. There's a guy named Micahel that goes on the Malibu runs, but I'm not certain where he lives. He has chrome stock rims.

There's another guy with custom 17 inch chrome rims with Racing Beat exhaust.

Oh I take that back. There was a aguy in a blue 8 that came to a meet two months ago. Forgot his screen name...but he had the appearance package and Racing Beat exhaust.

You'll have to check out Snowfl8k's exhaust before you make your decision. She has HKS. Definately a different sound that meets the needs not met by Racing Beat. I love my Racing Beat exhaust. Was little disapointed with the discoloring of the tips, but since we found some metal polish that cleaned this all up, I'm happy once again.

What kind of metal polish did you put on the exhaust?

Or you can always come over to house one weekend and check em out then....

On the metal polish issue, forgot, but I can check when I get home. Maybe Snowlf8k can chime in...I know she is busy at work, but she sometimes has chances to see what's going on in the forum. I want to say Mother's metal polish, but for some reason it doesn't sound right. It came in a little can and was like a wax compound. Rub in on, let it sit, polish it off. Made the tips looks nice. We bought the stuff mainly because we bought the HKS exhaust for her car off another member..and the whole exhaust was in pretty bad shape. The polish made the whole system look brand new.

Jason, what is the update on these wheels.....now who was saying that they didn't like these wheels when I tore the page out of the mag? Seriously, they would look fricken awsome on a titanium grey. Could you photo-choppers out there put these rims on mine, Snowfl8k's and Carribean's.

Oh, and Cesar, what would she look like with a big boy?

No grief from Snowfl8k, this is all in good fun.

I could do that tonight but do you have a better picture, that one makes the wheel look just black with the red spoke.

Thats the right coloring, a really dark grey...they are very similar to the coloring on my wheels. I thought they would look great with his carbon fiber hood and his dark grey pintura.

OK so what is the name of those rims because you gave me a few links a while back, where to look for rims and I have never seen those, are you holding out?

OK this is not working as well because Keiths spokes do not match the rim plus his shots are in the sun and the rim you gave me has no calpers behind it AND the spokes are smaller then the stock rims so i cant use that backgroudn image. I did however get these but it looks a little funny. On and by the way since the rims are straight on I couldn't find any pic of jason's car that would work.

Found one, not digging it you?

Davin SP1

http://wheelwarehouse.com/davin.htm

wheel warehouse is another option for rims. They do a lot of rims.

I think you did an awsome job with those pics. Maybe Jason can send you a pic of his car from the side. I'm gonna check my pics to see if I have any you could work with.

http://www.thewheelconnection.com/ph...&brandsearch=1

$1395 per wheel...for all the ballers in the club.

Random question:

Anyone here got any hook-ups on Oakleys?

Dropped mine this weekend and scratched up the lenses pretty good.

It's time to buy new shades anyways so figured I'd ask around.

kinnda like the Square wire 2.0's.

My brother had Oakley's and scratched his lenses. I remember him saying that he got just the lenses replaced and it wasn't too much. Check with the vendor you bought your glasses from, or check the oakley website for "replacement costs"....

You can always find "Jokely's" in Mexico...replica Oakleys for about 5 bucks a pair. Don't last very long though, but look the same.
