the start of my 7-stock 8 pics...
pics of the soon to be winner and pics of Snowfl8k's new body kit.
That all nighter really paid off in the end. Even though none of us got nay sleep (some of us less than others)...it was interesting to see how we all worked together to get things done.

the roll in...showing off
Pics of number 1 and number 2....I think I came in 3rd, but no trophy for me
That intake is nice, and the hood fits it perfectly, directing the air right where it needs to be.

first time seeing the Racing Beat body kit in person. I think Snowfl8k really liked the wing. Do you guys think this would fit good with the rest of her kit?

The body kit on this one was nice...don't know who makes it. The hood was incredible and functional. Did you guys see the top mounted intercooler on this 8 (I'm not certain which engine he had...but it sure did look very similar to the setup RedBaron had. It was obvious that it was an RX-7 swap of some kind.

That carbon creations kit looks good, only from a distance. Once you walked closer and saw how horrible the fitment was, it made you glad that you didn't buy any of their crizzap.
And some pictures of FE3p's car. I do love the Vertex Lang kit.

Some pics of 7's I would love to own...two pics of Lesper's 3 new mods and a final shot of Snowfl8k's kit. We're going to post a new thread about this kit to see the reaction from other forum members. I'll post a link when we get it up in case you guys are interested to see the feedback she receives.
I wished I could have got the Tsunami front for my 8, but I just couldn't see giving up my foglights. Foglights would make the kit look really bad.

The hood on the yellow one is Seibon. but he did have the top grills cut out. Notice there is one solid piece of mesh covering all of them? These vents are normally fake and not even cut out.
On another note: I posted some cool pics of my new body kit https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...39#post1081439

That is Rod millens new drift car. it is still a RENESIS but it is turbo'ed (as if you couldent tell)
for those of you that dont know who Rod millen is, it's Steve milein's brother (STILLEN) and Rhyese Millen's father.
Just an FYI..... now back to the pictures

u cant drift an rx8 my ***! hell ive done it just for fun! with some friends n a video camera for my video! if you all dont know me i was in the san berdoo caravan i was the short guy in the silver 8 with the custom tint n the elvis mask.... anyone in the san berdoo caravan will know who i am...... so yea we should all go driftin sometime, i got friends who got extra cameras for multiple angles, for any rotarytarian interested....
Hhahaah... JIC also has a drift car. And yeah, the Grenade RX-8 does have a RX-7 13B-REW swap in it. They favored this engine since it's more ample for boost. Actually... come to think about it, both the JIC and Grenade cars have a 13B from the 3rd gen RX-7.
I'm pretty sure you can get any rear wheel car to drift. If you think the RX-8 is hard to drift... think about Alex Pheiffer with his RS*R S2000. ^^

Im up for taking pics...I'm always up for that. Speaking of photos...where are the rest of the 7-stock-8 pics...and what about those pics from the mid-night installation party. I know there was a couple of really good "avatar" shots in those. I wanna see um.
Jason, you know how to make an avatar out of the pics I posted. If not, maybe one of us can make it for you.
