****! messed up my car

 

what happened Hao?

 

ran over a giant rock, destroyed my HKS pipe, and possibly screwed up something around the rear right wheel

 

did this happen this am, or on yesterday's canyon run?

it was actually the night b4 the run, i hit a rock on 3rd street going west to fairfax, i thought i would clear it but apparently i dont know how low my car is, taking it to jrx tonight to get it checked out tho, we'll see whats up

 

oh i c... dang. sorry to hear about that...

3rd street west towards fairfax has a lot of potholes and they often do road construction over there... i used to take 3rd a lot, but switched to 6th street for the twisties. =) just gotta watch out for those damned motor cycle cops lurking around every corner...

let us know what happens. hopefully not too bad.

I used to drive down 3rd almost everyday to get to the grove. Never ever drive on the shoulder lane...not unless you're driving a monster truck or a suspension stock evo(monster truck status stock). lol

 

just got back, looks like not too much damage.

the underbody brace is pretty much done for, part of the metal actually delaminated cuz it bent so much.

the b-pipe on the exhaust is pretty much gone too, its pushing my tip into the exhaust shroud causing it to melt, also its bent in such a way that right now its rubbing up next to hte gas tank so i guess i wont be driving the car until i get a replacement or when i have time to take it to the muffler shop. if i do i might also opt to get a resonator welded into it while im there. and i guess theres an autoexe brace somewhere down the line in the future too.

ARGHHHH i hate spending money

Henri what happend to your car? you were selling a lot of stuff off of it no?

 

His car has what doctor's call a, boo-boo, and it's getting bandaged up so it doesn't happen again. Nothing like Horse Diff Mile to ease people's mind's.

Spinout @ HTM and damaged a fuel line (not sure), but no leaks..... but again, needs to be repaired.... On another note,... yeah I've been selling alot of parts that I thought i was going to use but then... changed mind......***hint*** (my driveway) .................

 

u should sell the ML before it devalues too much... no point in letting it gather dust when u could probably still recoup some decent money on it...
