no ****, i just turned on the news and it doesnt look good friends. i know theres a couple of you guys that live out that way, i hope all is well.

 

I live in Oak Park and I could see the fire from my room upstairs, we had the option to evacuate voluntarily but we just stayed and luckily the fire changed directions. Heres some pics I took this morning down the street, you can't really see the fire but its there. Hope it all ends soon.

Guys,

There are 2 things going on this weekend that may affect the cruise:

1. The 101 South is being shut down for 55 hours of maintenance starting Friday night (11pm) ~ Monday (6am). This means everyone will have to take PCH to the 10 East to go home. (The 101 South is not an option.)
2. The wildfires are buring in the canyons and dunno if it will spread over to south of the 101.

What do you guys think?

 

Being a local and knowing the area well my vote is to postpone for two weeks.

 

I have my buddy's wedding rehersal to go to. I won't be able to make it Sunday.
