rise n shine. holy crap it's 1:30pm. i slept for 11 hours and missed the cruise.
sorry guys. was just too tired from yesterday. hope everyone has a fun time today and look forward to the photos. i will try to make it to the sb meet this sat.

 

He had a bad start. As soon as we started rolling on Las Virgenens road, CHP was waiting. Also there were a lot of bicycle rider on the middle of the street all over the place. CHP got Jesse for a front plate. As soon as we got to the top of Stunt Rd. a guy in a bike told us that they were a lot of cops on the bottom of the hill. We didn't feel like stirring the pot with them so we took an alternate route. We took this road from Stunt Rd (make a right on the stop sign) and it was fun, lots of tight turn small road but too short. We got to PCH to fast. Neptunes as always on a sunny day, packed like a can of sardines. but I had a nice time and I got to meet some new faces.

Great run guys and the alternate route was mucho fun. I was disapointed that we didn't get a group shot at the ROCK, next time. Also thanks to danny and bryan for coming out, hope to see you at the next cruz. Also the food at neptunes sucked, so next meet I think I will have something special planned. I'll post my pics up later tononight.

Hey Jun I PM'd you his # since he really doesn't know how to use the forum or too lazy to use it. Yeah getting tire of Neptunes. Henry and Paul, were talking about another place that we can try out that is near and is right on the beach. I will find out.

 

dang... looks like u guys ran into quite a bit of traffic today... CHP, M3 ******- err car club, Mustang club, cyclists, and more cops. i wonder if the police presence is more permanent now due to all the residents in the area complaining.

is malibu still going to be a viable place to run in the future, or is it getting to crowded/ risky?

 

Its always been like this in Malibu, I just think the cops were out in full force for some odd reason today. My radar was REALLY helpfull today.

 

I think that cop that was sitting right by the McDs, the one that saw most of use doing 80+ mph on Las Virgenes Rd. called in some help. I also notice a lot of cops around here before this even happened. Hopefully they will not be out next cruise.

yes jedi, u missed out on the fun. I almost got rear ended by that stock white rx8. didn't get his name. Good thing I swerved to the left. If I didn't we both would have been involved in an accident.

 

ouch, someone was following WAY too closely! gotta keep a little distance out there... Glad you both swerved.

 

yeah that stop sign came outta now where...got a good taste of my a.b.s. too heh...

dam chp...i can just put my front plate on and get that one signed off...but the tint im going to have to pay off. probably $115 again like last time. yea ive gotten pulled over for both of those things already in the past...blah.

he also asked me to pop my hood to look for anything illegal. im all stock under there so i was good to go there. he asked if i had an aftermarket exhaust too. i said yes and he didnt do anything about it after that. eh...it happens. i guess you gotta pay to have a good looking car =/

all in all i had fun as usual on this rx8/350 meet haha. looking forward to next time. but next time, im not staying in the back,! they are the ones that the chp pick off!!! =|

 

yea man that sucked...i was third from the front. When we made that right turn, that cop just stopped, I seriously thought he was gonna trail me, but he just waited. After that I took off like a rocket and boned out! haha

 

Yeah, I saw that cop when we were turning onto stunt and I was like oh ****, his going to get us. Once I made the turn I just punched it and took off,

OMG, one of you should have had THIS license plate for yesterday's cruise....would have been freaking hysterical.

interesting...wouldn't have assumed there would be so much traffic on a Sunday. All those pics makes me miss the cruise...but the stories of CHP make me glad I had other things to do

Normally those are what cops consider "add-on" tickets.

ie: I'll pull you over for speeding and add on the following offenses....
