no difference? did you tighten the upper control arms with the car on the ground? you saw my car's drop... yours should be the same... my gap on stock wheels was less than 2 finger gaps.
when i did it i had the control arm bolts put in but not tightened until i put the wheel on and set the car on the ground. iono how much a difference it makes though. maybe more pressure pushed up on the control arms.

I wouldn't think it would matter much. The bolts are torqued to 70lbs, each wheel has about 750lbs of force on it when lowered. I would think that the car would sit the same way reguardless of when the bolts were thightened.

Danny has bigger rims than I do, that would have an effect on the wheel gap. After doing some searching, it seems that two fingers is about right for the S-techs. I need someone with stock springs and rims to measure from the bottom of the fender to the ground.

What a drag man. Hope you find something before SS9.
