I had this kool idea of posting in this thread one last time before leaving on my flight from the terminal at LAX, haha how appropriate, but the wi-fi wasn't working (great signal but no data transfer), oh wells.

It's goin awesome over here. 12:30ish PM on the 26th right now and I'm visiting family in Cebu for the 3 weeks I'm here. I don't expect anyone to know of Cebu so for anyone who is curious, Cebu City is the 2nd largest metropolis in the Philippines and is located right in the middle of the 7100 islands that make up the Philippines. I go everywhere in a t-shirt and flip flops and eat great food. All the cars here are WHACK! =P lol I guess it's just been a while since I've gotten out of the states, as most of the world is like it is over here: tiiiiiny cars, erratic driving, and lots of honking.
So yes I can't get to a computer much obviously but I'll be looking for pictures from the next meet! Enjoy the holidays and Happy New Year!

Browning is replacing my clutch slave cylinder, clutch pedal, and a/c control unit.

 

any info on what happened to your clutch? i have a clutch senario as well.

A month ago my lease was up on my gray 2004 rx8 so I wound up buying a black 2006 rx8 with the appearance package. Now that I own this bad boy, I'm more inclined to mod it. Now that the wedding bills are being paid off, I'll have some money to do some mods.

I was there for the very first LAX meet, it's time to start meeting up again.

 

The meets are still going on and if you're thinking of modding your car, you should definitely go to the meet.....maybe you'll see something you like.

i will be checking out every manual 8's clutch pedal to see what's wrong with mine.

thank you very much.......yes the meets still go on, in fact the picture in my banner was taken by Wing5 from the last lax meet i showed up to in Dec. What the picture doesnt show is the other 20 cars that showed up made up of 350zs , g35s and wrxs that were there.

 

yes, I recognize the roof. That's why I said I liked it But wow, I didn't know so many other cars showed.


Anybody got a turbo on yet that goes to the meet?

 

we know a few people that have turbo's on, but they do not come to the meet...but there are a few forced inductioned Z's and G35's..

on another note... changed my tranny and differential fluid to royal purple

on cold start up, shifting gears now feels normal right from the beginning. not notchy. and idle is definitely smoother.
