oh. I'd only be there the first week of april, so i wouldnt see you at the 3rd friday one. i may be there on friday, but i may use that day as my getting back home day, then go to bed to get up for 7 am work on saturday.
but this may be a one time only thing for the year, as i am only a young full time worker, so i dont have that much left over after paying off the insurance, my parents, and the local authorities..
and im trying to save up for SevenStock too, soo yeah. thats my plans. haha

maybe i'll have new brake rotors by april though

There was a date set for a meeting of the WHiV4 event helpers and pre drive of the course for the cruise that was set for March 12th. This will have to be rescheduled.

The new schedule for the meet and drive will be posted as soon as possible.

Sorry guys, I have to attend to this first,
went to stealership where I purchased
the truck this morning and am looking
at a little over 4K to have fixed or I need
to get some diesel skills fast or rob a bank
(of course bank robbery is not a real option)

the egr cooler has failed usally a result of the internal oil cooler failing both are located under the intake manifold, thats almost as smart as caddy putting the starter under the intake manifold

Hey guys, long time no see. My remote finally died on my 04 8, replacing the battery proved futile so i figured why not get the 05 key so its all in one. I tried to find some threads on it but im getting some conflicting information. Basically i have one key only and i know that the new blank needs to be cut and programmed. Now my question is whether or not i have to go to the dealership or if i can just go to a locksmith. Ive seen posts saying yes and some saying no. The other thing is if the FCC ID number needs to match with the one i buy because again ive seen posts saying yes and some saying no. Finally the keys on ebay are only running around 50 dollars, is that normal? Reading older posts made it seem a lot more expensive. Thanks in advance guys.

^ I think you have to go to the dealership for that. I don't think the locksmith has the authority to do that. I might be wrong, but it's my opinion.
