Hay Chun, what's with the new avatar???? and coloring your handle to your car color?
Working on my 8 last night, Easy_E1 found the broken wire that has been causing my electrical problem and may have also been the cause of the eratic low end and idle. Such a lovely place to have a broken wire, under the supercharger.
CHR should be starting the install of my new gauges with the new gauge pods today.
Of course my new mid pipe will not go in without some correction due to my custom exhaust pipe.
I have the intake that I promissed Sara. Maybe we can install it soon.

What are you doing with your old mid pipe? Is it catted? No CEL right? I'll help install Sara's intake, CAI or short ram. If it's short ram then it should only take like 10 min. CAI and we have to take off the front bumper but I am pretty good at that now.

My old, and still in use mid pipe, has no cat. It does not throw a cel due to the sensor is still there. The new mid pipe still will not fit and I need to have some changes made to it.
It's a short ram, one of the first that K&M put out. It should only take an hour or so to install.
Waiting to hear from Ray about Sunday.
Short ram intake is crazy simple. An hour to install is generous. If help is needed I'll be around, but honestly anyone can do that.
Oh and I can't give metro the highest rating of paint shops. Let's not forget putting my side skirts on backwards and even though they are facing the right way now, they still never mounted them to fix their gap issue. They did match the color great but the flake is definitely smaller than Mazda's. Other than those issues they did a great job on the badges and light, but my experience was not as good as Phil's.

Erick and Ray got the wires pulled for the new gauges and reinstalled the supercharger. There are still a few things to hook up under the hood and then complete the install of the new gauges with gauge pods and relocation of the existing gauges with their new gauge pod. Jeff should be in this afternoon and tune the car. I can't wait......it's been a month since I last drove it.
Got notification that my new C-West front bumper is in the US and will be shipping tomorrow. It should be here early next week.
CHUN!!! Nancy is a little hard of hearing so when you drop off the car you may have to bang on the door to get her attention. The boys say they will be there early but I doubt that they will be there that early.

yo yo yo guys question i saw a guy online and he was sell mazsport ignition sys... but with out the wires..what u think should i get them...and how would i find the wires to make everything work
I'll leave that question alone as I think the Masport coils and wires are nothing but a problem looking to happen.
If you want coils that will not give you a problem and come with new wires then get the BHR coils.

Does anyone ever hear from Armin? I have not heard from him in a long time. He always like to change the body of the 8s and I thought maybe he would be interested in helping me install my fog lites in my new C-West front bumper. As soon as I return from my short vacation, I want to get started on it.
