I went the cheapest and lightest route possible for my car just bought a muffler connector pipe from teamrx8 cut the end twisted it down and welded it back on. It's a little loud at WOT kind of fun though sometimes as at WOT it usually kicks the dirt up off the ground and people stay back from me

update on my goodies:
intake-took me and my noob friend 3 hours because the pictures were so damn small. but it went on smoothly. THE SOUND IS ENORMOUS! it totally changes the sound of the engine. its amazing how much of a difference it makes at the 5k+ rpm range. omg its just the coolest thing
exhaust- to get the hooks out of the rubber holders you need a 5.5 mm Alan wrench, i only had a 5 or 6 and didn't want to risk stripping the bolt. so what my plan is to put it on on Thursday in my auto tech class.
but overall the intake helps a ton. great upgrade

DOH! are you serious....well it was the rubber hangers i was talking about. and the little bolt at the end of the hangers is what i thought i had to remove to get it off the rubber hanger things. i didnt want to risk tearing the rubber things or anything...well anyway...ill just get it done at school sometime this week, then ill post up pictures of both my upgrades.

When I switch from my full oem to my open exhaust I just take the surrounds off, unbolt the 2 bolts, put some wd40 on the hangers and off it comes. from that connector just before the asle you will have a total of 5 rubber hangers (4 on muffler and 1 on connector pipe)
