I hope I'm wrong but this man is not a paying member of the Forum Vendors so with that example I would think that it could be just a scam. Sorry if your Legit, but there is a way to show that you are, become a forum registered seller.

We also use flour to show the edge of the track and to give you an idea of where to go.

One thing to remember is you can go as fast as you want or as slow as you want. My fiance took the wrx out for the first time just before we went to night time and I think her first run was like 70+ seconds (keep in mind mine was like in the high 30 to low 40 range) By her last run she had knocked off over 10 seconds and said she had the most fun she had ever had.


If you want come out on sunday I will take you for a ride in my rx8 and you can see what it is like. That offer is open to anyone that wants to come out and go for a ride.

Also for anyone thinking they may want to try it but feel that they might be embarrased by being "slow" or hitting some cones don't worry about it we where all in that boat when we first started and we are all there to have fun and drive our cars.

 

I think it may not be a scam as I know gummygrip recently became a paying advertiser on www.vegasimports.com who has sponsored me. The owner of vegasimports.com sent me a message about talking to gummygrip about setting me up with some parts but unfortunately I can not mod my car since I compete in B stock with the SCCA

jk jk im messing with you. but last year i was on the market for a new car and my choises were RX-8, s2000, 350Z, EVO, classic new era JDM cars.

i was about to get an RX7 ( i love those cars) but got an evo now

and so thats why im registered for this forums,

oh and yea i know i cant be a part of your guy's group obiously cuz i have an EVO and not an RX8. i know your guys are not trying to be ******** to me .

but i sure would like to go to your meet to get to know local RX8 nuts and check out your sweet rides

 

guys california are doing a calender of their cars for 2008, would any of you guys be up for it, like having a few pics of our cars for each month and i dont think we have 12 ppl so we could come up with a few of all thge cars together for the las few.

That's a great idea Anthony. I think we only have 9 active cars, with 10 active people - I would like that. I want the month of November for my car. Group shots for the extra months would be fabolous and may even help get all out to meets.

i call December, because thats my birthday month, and the month ill get my license.

come december ill be to as many meets as possible!
its just too hard to b/c when my parents get home from work...they want to relax, not go take me to some meet. so =(

Not sure if there is a meet planned yet but PM me and at least we'll meet up. I think everyone will have guests in-house that weekend and will find it hard to meet.

I have a bunch from the track day. the other not sure about as i found that from someone on the scca site. the original I have is a little bigger just i cropped it for viewing. have lots of other pics from scca events in the past with the car.

If you plan on doing like a picture day let me know as the stickers will be on the car for a while.

also may be able to stop by saturday as the fiance reminded me that we have a community thing going on and wants us to go. plus not sure if my broken toe can take two days of autox (already hearing about doing the one day from her)
