It was only a matter of time before you started getting some new goodies. What did you get this time? Just let me know what day you'll need me and I'll be there..

Need help

Should I buy a Black R3 or stick with my Copper Red Shinka?

AFE Short Shifter doesn't work on the R3 which makes a big difference in the feel of driving. R3 doesn't have a sunroof either or seat heat.

The only thing I like about the R3 is the seats. Everything else not so much and you'll have less styling options for a while. The suspension even got softer as far as I understand it too.

Well those seats are made for little people. I test drove it twice and it was tight. Plus, it doesn't have 8 way power adjustment, seat heat, or a quick pull lever, you have to crank a dial many times to get it to move forward or back.

AJ, I don't know if you'll be home later, I wanna stop by and grab few of my tools. I need to take off that Lineage ground wire kit, but I have no tools here since all mine are at your house. I'll give you call later..

Well damn son, debate is over. Like I said earlier, Shinka > R3.

the seats are suppose to hug you there racing seat its made for it to feel tight. btw i still never really like the front end of the new body style and agree wit chun the seats are the best feature.

These cars are already money pits. And I meant something vintage, 1960's or older.

I got thorough enjoyment out of my 8 so it wasn't a money pit for me.

We had a small but enthuastic group at the meet on Friday. I tried PMing Gil cuz someone said he just lives up the street and PMing AJ cuz I thought he just may have replace his 8. Got an answer fromGil but had Gary text the directions.

We are going to do a fourth Friday again in November due to people traveling and getting the largest turn out possible.

I drove Phil's (gadget o rama) 8 on Friday. Phil's car + A.D.D. = Eminent Danger... there's too many shiny things to look at!!!

I returned her in perfect condition BTW, I didn't move the seat.

Every thing in or on the dash and pillars has a use. In fact I can think of at least two more gauges that would be handy. The area they are in keeps your eyes and head at the same elevation as the road so your not moving from seeing everything that is going on.

Now let me see, things that I owe out: Ryan & Jen - I have your request in the bed of my truck. I will put it on my front porch so you can pick it up any time. I go to bed kinda early and get up early.

Anthony: The supply house says that your part should be here by Thursday. Sorry this is taking so long.

The gauges are cool Phil and I know they have their purpose. I was jsut saying that with MY A.D.D. that there was too much to look at :P
