^^ ...and never see it again. You probably don't have a Nikon camera yourself, so what's the use of "borrowing it"?!

I'm getting my tires mounted today, I thought I could only get one mounted because, I only have one spare tire to put on in the meanwhile.. But, I took my brother's spare tire from his Mustang GT and try to put it on the 8, and come to find out it's a perfect fit! So, my 8 is part Ford right now..

Jedi54 is coming to Vegas in mid August with a small group of So Cal members. I am going to try and arrange a meet and a little drive. I'm hoping Gil can do a little magic for some reduced room rates and I thought we might do the Red Rock thing in the morning.
Any one interested?? Since they will be here Friday and Saturday everyone should be able to make it at least one day.

 

A lot of us should be able to show, we need get our Vegas 8's together and make it one of the biggest meets we ever had..

HEHEH.. I might, as long as I get it back in one piece and don't have a scratched lens. It's never been used before, so you might have to test it out and let me know how good it is. It's a 85mm 1:1.8 lens..

 

Which exact model? Wanna be sure it will work w/ my camera

 

It says Nikon NIKKOR 85mm 1:1.8 (440053), it should fit.. It'll fit most cameras, I believe?! Does that help..?!

 

Anyone here needing a wireless router and/or usb adapter? I've got one sitting around and no need and would like to sell... its NEW in box Linksys wireless G... dunno if i can post it in classifieds...

 

I got 3 wireless routers, so I pass.. As far as selling it in the classifieds, you'll probably just have your thread deleted because it's not car-related. If you can use it for the RX-8, and you can sell anything. If it's something that has no use for the RX-8, you can't sell it on here..

 

Well... what if someone has a carputer and wanted to run a wireless network in their rx8 eh? i could put a rotary decal on it and call it an rotary router...

Yea I looked - I guess I am stuck with my rims unless something else pops up. With all those rims I was not impressed with any of them. Some are close to what I want but none take the cigar.

We have a lot of time before they come (the S0Cal group) but I would like a large group for the drive maybe 10 cars if we can do it. I am leaning toward Saturday morning (9 or 10 am) for the drive and then stop somewhere for a light brunch. I am open to suggestions.

i caught a 6 lb king salmon an 8 pound Co-ho salmon and a 12 pound halibut. ill have pics of all that stuff later when i get around to uploading the 1200 some pics i took on the trip lol.
