I'm glad to hear that you're doing good and that you're back. What you got in mind for your 8? I've been saving up tons of money to throw into my 8, I'm trying to figure out what to get first.. I drove Phil's S/C 8 the other day, and that makes me wanna get the S/C first. But, I originally started saving money for my R Magic wide body kit, so I might just get that first. I'm at a total loss right now.. As far as the meet goes, I figured Carl's Jr. was good for most people, since everyone lives in that area. The only thing that's important is that we finally start doing RX8 meets.

Cool four of us so far. I'll bring the spoiler too mike. I was thinking that the sun will be setting not too long after we meet. It'd be cool us all driving through the mountains with the sunset. And it'd make for some cool pictures too. So how about if we drove to red rock through to blue diamond? If we time it right it should be a cool drive

Still won't be able to attend yet, haven't got the 8 back on the road yet.. I might even get a new 8 before I get this one back on the road. I'm having my Mustang towed back to my house today or tomorrow. I'm gonna make that my project car, I've been talking to my brother about dropping a ford racing 460 crate motor in it. Besides that, hopefully the meets turns out great, so we can start doing this weekly or monthly. I'm sure we'll have random 8's on the road, stop at the meet and check out whats going on. We can also try to get other rotaries to join the meet, that would be rotary heaven. No pistons!

 

I have a favor to ask, I updated the member list on page 1 (https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=99072), it's not all complete. So, I need your help to finish the list for once. I'd appreciate it very much! Besides that, everybody have a good weekend..

alright, so this is how its goin down on my end...

2 cars...my mom and I drive to carls, then second car takes mom home so i dont look like an idiot with "mommy" at the meet. then later if we are to drive, i have to call and have the second car bring my mom back so i can drive...what time do we expect to leave for red rock or w/e just so i can plan...think we'll possibly be at carls for 45mins-1hour?
