For the most part it is... but there are times where you gotta deal w/ carrying your ladder through a minefield of dog$%&^, dogs, stupid customers (they're always right you know), and sometime being sent to the ghetto... ...and then the REAL problem of trying to build a network w/ vista, xp, win95 and a mac... or people who live in a less than perfect area and expect to get hi-speed internet on their outdated PC....
