I want to thank Armin for the killer price on the carbon fiber air vents.... I also want to thank Phil for putting them on.... If you have never been to Phils house, you need to go... He has every tool known to man and can fix just about anything... Here are a couple of pictures....

either way, i like those black with blue lipped rims the best. gold is nice too buy my first choice would be the blue/black.

jason, your vents look good man. nice and flush. i really like those vents when they are painted the body color, i don't like cf on red.
haha guys i did my try at fiberglass work, this summer i wanted to try and purchase a used stock bumper and create my own kinda custom front lip...so first i thought id try and make some smaller fiberglass pieces so i can get some experience. well i tried making molds of my foot pedals, they didn't turn out as i liked, they have some air bubbles and such. but anyway....its a start! next i plan to make a shift ****. that should be easier.
anyway....this thread moves SO fast! i'm gone for 15 hours and there are 3 new pages of posts. soon we may beat the biggest of threads! haha good work fellas

i wish there were rims like those, but with a red lip, and with straight spokes, not webbed spokes. mike if you know of a rim with a red lip like those, and straight spokes...i want to see them. ive been on the hunt with no luck.
i still have a month or 2 before any rim ordering would be final, so i have plenty of time to research and shop around.

these rims are really nice! but they are trying to scam you with this auction. they are selling a "pair" of rims. not 4, only 2. but anyway....black chrom is hella sexy. and! they ahve a +15 offset, so they are really wide....a great choice for someone here.

....yeah i like those too, but im more of a straight spoke guy, not so much web/mesh types. although those do look awesome.
i just think these web/mesh type wheels look too busy on an rx8. just my opinion.
