Ok we have a conflict on the 19 or 20th so how about the 26th or 27th? The food place is open that was only a suggestion to keep the cost down. The Coffee Pub is a nice place.

The starting time seems to be ok as does the starting place. Jason, Jason & Anthony see the alternate dates. Does that work better? I sure would like to have this settled by the 4th so everyone can schedule it.

 

I am out of town the 25th - 28th. Does the 13th work? That's a Sunday...

Jason could not go on the 20th - we are just trying different dates untill we come up with one that will work. I may just have to pick a date and fly with it unless you guys will help.

 

well I dont have a set shedule... so when you guys decide on a date .. I will try and work with it.. and hope I dont have to work the next morning or that morning.. if its a morning meet.. I would need the day off.. that I would have to ask for

No the 13th is Sunday... I think... If the 20th is Sunday, the 13th sould be Sunday as well...

Someone should just make a "poll" thread with dates so everyone can vote on a date.

I will say this more time as I must be saying something that some people do not understand.

I am trying to get the most people that I can to come at one time to a meet. Some people can't make one date or the other so I am trying to find a happy medium that allows maximum attendence.

If any one can show me how or will set up a poll then all this would stop. Does any one know how to set up a poll?? Please advise me or just set it up.
