Saw a BB RX8 (no wing) on Sat. 05-27-07 on the 101 near DeSoto while headed back towards the 405 from Agoura Hills. The time was somewhere between 5 & 6 pm. Driven by an asian male who nodded as I blew the horn. Anybody there?

 

On Tue. 05-29-07 at or about 6:25 pm, I saw this galaxy gray RX8 on the 405 south near Artesia. Too much traffic to see who was driving.

 

On Sat. night 06-02-07 at nearly midnight I saw this black RX8 at the corner of Melrose & LaBrea. The picture is not too good beacuse it was so dark. We were waiting in line at Pink's for a hot dog. 2 hour & 5 min. wait.

 

^^ i've been to pinks. the only thing i could force myself to buy was a berger.^^
the dogs just did not look great to me. and the berger's were at best horrible. my friend loved the dogs though..
and just to keep with the spirit of the thread i spotted a bb on the 10 thursday by lincoln.

I forgot to mention that I agree that the hot dogs at Pinks were not that good. If you want a great dog in the Southbay, Scooby's is awesome. I hear Carney's on Sunset is good too. Happy motorin' & good eatin'!

They are opening a Pinkberry in El Segundo just 5 min from my house. As of now, I have to go all the way to Long Beach. FYI, I never heard of Pinkberry till the wifey told me about it.

saw a blue 8 on the ramp from 405N to 101N a few nights ago around 2 or 3 am. i was zoomzoomin it with a Porsche through the under tunnel's left curve

Saw a black 8 at the intersection of Aretsia & Sepulveda. W/m with goattee. Blue & white checkered shirt. He was at a red light & I zoomed by on Sepulveda. No time for pictures.

 

I saw TWO VR 8's in the Service Department at Tustin Mazda today.

1) I know is mikeb's car

2) VR with Enkei wheels (275 tires), momo (??) shift ****, etc. Anyone here? What's wrong with your car??

 

Parked next to a BB at Shinsengumi on valley. Dunno if you were in Shinsengumi but I was the guy in the gray sweater with 3 of my other friends drinking sake. ^^

Oh yea and MachFive have you heard about the live action Speed Racer movie they're making now? I forgot who the cast was but a quick look at imdb.com should fix that. I'm hoping it wont be a flop since most movies based on t.v. shows are.

Thanks for the heads up on the movie "Speed Racer". Whether it's a flop or not, I will definitely be there to see it. Maybe even on opening night. I am pretty stoked b/c my e-mail address has been "machfive" for over 10 years. Maybe I'll paint my 8 white and put a big red "5" on the side. LOL

k, so last night after work. i wanna say around 6:15pm.

SIlver 8 with MS front kit and the right fender all the way back to the door was smashed in (slightly).

I was in my rx7 as i waited for him to pull up next to me, and when he finally did. I looked over and he looked then looked away all quick.... he probably thought i wanted to race or something. I wanted to give him props or ask if he was on rxclub but then after trying from the 5FW-south all the way to the 210 FWY, still no reply. I said **** it... and took off.... he had stock exhaust. whatever, whoever that was, let me know. I see 8's all the time but I get no love when im in the rx7. When i get my 8 back next week, i hope to get more love from you guys, haha.

Thursday i saw about 3 or 4 parked in Diamond plaza aka Life plaza around 8 or 9 pm

Then there is this silver 8 parked in the stater bros parking lot in Chino Hills off grand and chino hills parkway

Then saw a red 8 parked at the Chino Costco today

Then saw a fellow 8 member, red with full authentic mazdaspeed kit and gold sf challenges
