call the Service Manager directly to work something out with them. Be calm but make sure they know that you are EXTREMELY frustrated with this and need them to help make this right.
Don't be afraid to go up the chain of command if you get any resistance.

I saw a w/f driving a galaxy gray RX-8 on 05-16-07 at 5:45 pm. She just exited the 110 south and was crossing the Vincent Thomas bridge on the 47 headed towards downtown Long Beach.

 

MNAO doesn't give a crap about anything. i had similar complaints against alhambra mazda and they basically told me in a not-so-polite tone of voice that each dealership is individually owned & operated and that they have no oversight and that if i have a problem w/ a dealership to take it up w/ that dealership's management. a LOT of f'g help they were. i almost got into a full-blown shouting match with the ******* on the phone. (MNAO can go f themselves for all i care...)

that said, i am sorry to hear about this BS ed... who was your service advisor? i went to Galpin just a month or two ago to have some stuff fixed too. i am debating trying out Sierra Mazda in Monrovia for my 7k mile service. have u ever gone there? i wonder if they're any good.

sorry Detrich, but I completely disagree. I've seen MNAO step up many times to address customer issues. Ie; giving Keith a BRAND NEW transmission OUT OF WARRANTY, FOR FREE, WITH a transmission warranty!

I finally saw NGORX-8's car in person yesterday. I was at UCSD's Sungod festival and his car was parked in a parking structure right next to my friend. I stood there for the longest time just looking at your car. Maybe one day I'll have enough money to put on my Autobahn kit...

Sitting on the 405 South during gridlock on Thu. 05-17-07 around 5:00pm just south of the Rosecrans exit. Was behind a black 8 with rear wing, rear rotor accent, and CA personalized plate "RX4YOGI". Driver had a cap on so I could not tell anything about him/her. Anybody out there?

 

Sungod was ok, would been much better if they had a beer garden. The line to get in was pretty crazy since everyone kept pushing in line, but once I got in, it wasn't so bad.

 

Alhambra Mazda was the first Mazda Dealership I went to. I was not impressed by their sales person, general manager or facilities. I ended up buying my car from Galpin Mazda.

So far I had to take my car in once, the radio LCD panel went all haywire, it was blinking dots all over the place. I dropped it off on my way to school the very same day it started to occur, I go to CSUN so it's on the way for me. They gave me a free 2 day rental, did the recall services even though that wasnt the reason I was there and even washed my car for me when it was ready. No scratches or dents and was pleased by their service. I was also pleasantly surprised that they did not try to hassle me about my exhaust or pulleys, in fact it never came up.

 

i took my car in today to galpin mazda (my last time there) so they can fix the dent/scratch. watch, i bet you guys anything something's gonna get scratched again

 

just saw garett on brookhurst in huntington beach! hahaha

 

w00t someone saw my 8 for once!

p.s. well, it probably depends who you talk to at MNAO and how much leverage you have over them. it shouldn't be that way though- ie it shouldn't feel like a root canal getting help each time. just how i feel though...

 

Last night between 11 and 12 I parked next to this black rx8 outside of Dragon Mark or Dragon something next to Lollicup on Valley in Alhambra, didn't take a picture because I figured you were inside but it turns out you weren't. =/

 

Um wow , i saw 5 rx8s yesterday at around 9:00am to 1:00 pm , all of them were stock , except for one black rx8 that had aftermarket rims. It was on Beach blvd right next to superautobachs.....does this count?

 

Two RX-8 sightings today!

1) VR heading down McArthur towards Bristol (around 7 or so) I stuck my arm out the window to wave. (as I slammed on the brakes because there was a motorcycle cop to my right and I was doing 60+)


2) Saw a WB also on McArthur, driving towards harbor (?)

 

saw a black I think RX8 at Roland Heights with a loud exhaust, wondering what kind it was! sounded very nice..

 

was it ghost?
