HAHA, i see even under new management Tustin hasn't changed...Try Heritage in HB, I've had great service by them.

Unhappy

I attempt to avoid Heritage Mazda in H.B. just because every time I take my 99 626 in, they attempt to change a whole bunch of stuff that I don't really need...

Example: Two weeks ago they were going to charge me $189 to INSTALL new spark plug wires! Umm, does this make any sense to anyone? (in addition to the $80 for the wires)

There are some people there that I get along with but Rob at the service dept. never really pays attention when I take my car in and then he ends up asking a whole bunch of stupid questions... Very frustrating...

Anyone else take their car there?
