Anyone heard about a government junk yard? sth like they will pay u for a running car but can't pass smog check for $1000 ?
I have a 93 MX3, has lotz of problem, running but cant pass smog check, wondering if anyone knows about this @@...thzzzzzz

 

Ja, go to DMV and get the paper work.

Butt I don't think 1993 is considered a gross polluter.

1980's or older.

 

Any car can be a gross polluter, as long as it's beyond the smog limit by a fair bit.

 

yes. you can even obtain the paperwork from the smog station in which u have failed the smog at...

as long as it starts and drive 100yards.
