My dealer in Santa Monica called me Friday, June 6th. He said my car was on the boat. I can expect it by the end of the month. I'm not getting NAV so the dealer indicated it would arrive sooner since it would not require domestic installation of this item.

nav was factory installed. some of the cars travelling next to yours on the ship have nav in them now (like mine! :D) and will get to the dealerships as soon as yours will

I sure would prefer end of june to week 3 july, but either way, its so close!

 

im really hoping mazda finally pulls thru and gets this car out by the end of the month.

btw nav is factory installed so that has nothing to do with it. i tried adding navi when ordering the accessories but my dealer said i couldnt cuz its factory installed, not port.

 

Maybe the software in installed in port?? Hardware done at factory?? That would make you both right and makes more sense since the software is completely different than the japanese version.

You would want english reading/speaking people testing the install.
