cat problems

Hey guys. My 2006 rx8 was just purchased from mazda. Is the cat failing typical at 50k miles?

mine just failed at 50k as well. being as your a 2006 you should be covered under factory warranty.

Oh ok lol... I figured the heat of the renesis would kill it eventually..im new to this forum being that i just sold my Rx-7 thanks for the responses guys.

cat is warrantied for 8 years/80,000 miles, so go to the dealership

IN NORTH AMERICA.

You don't have a location in your profile - the warrantees are very different elsewhere.
