Best is a reletive term. What are you planning to do with the car. Street only, Autocross, Track, Drift, .......
And then, most people don't swap many different brands of swaybars. They buy one and then will tell you that they made the best decision.

Yes, just changing the rear will cause the car to oversteer. I find the car is too loose all ready. What ever you decide, buy a matched set from the same company.

There's one I would add to that list, Agency Power (adjustable). One other that has been popular, but I haven't heard about for a while, is Whiteline. If you are going to add lowering springs, you are also going to need adjustable endlinks for the swaybars.
