Question Best Dealership for SERVICE DEPT?

just wondering cuz I called all of them in O.C. and they all freakin busy so my stupid car is now jacked up beyond belief and they cant even check it out

You can avoid Claremont Mazda/Kia/Ford. I went there to try and get an oil change and was told I needed to make an appointment over a week in advance and drop off the car for approximately 3 hours...3 hours for a oil change!

Makes me wonder how useful that free scheduled maintanance is going to be for me if I'm going to have to deal with this type of service.

Irvine Mazda(yes I know, Tribalazn) has a certified rotary technician, name of Dave. If I have to use a dealership, I send my work to Dave. Now that Rotary Reliability and Racing moved to Upland, there are few if any rotary specialists in O.C.
