That's cool just give me heads up so I can change my work schedule around. Maybe I can get some of my buddies to come along, one has a Lotus Elise. The other one has a Nissan he is working on.
Geesh just jacked up my front passenger rim, thanks to a tweaker cutting me off forcing me to swerve and hit the curb. Shop wants $200.00 to git'r done.... Pissed at that fool. At least there was no damage to my 8, that would have been bad. Hey Matt did you talk about a shop that does wheels last nkight? I have the Hyper Silver paint which is Kurching $$$$ I guess. At least I get the wheel back the next day.
Hey Tommy, congrats on your new ride!!!!

I see what he was doing so I went all out and owned him

I had them repair a set of Enkei RPM2 wheels that were bent and had major curb rash. They made them look brand new, straight and I even got them powered coated. $800 for the set (I believe) and included mounting and balancing the tires.

window tint tix
So got a tint ticket from CHP in redwood city, says i have court in June at 8:30. Can i just remove the tints take it down to my local PD station , have then sign it and pay the bail at fremont court house?
Or do i have to go down to redwood city on my court date?
My last ticket was from fremont PD just went to milpitas PD had them sign the ticket and paid the bail at fremont court house.
All tint tickets are the same right? just a fix it? but on this one it looks like he marked Correctable violation with a big fat "NO"
Thanks for any help!
BTW planning to put my rims up for sale soon just wanna see if anyone here would be interested.

wtf you had a retarded cop. I can get tickets signed off if you need some help. If they give you trouble for it again, just tell them you went out of town, and the weather was getting scorching hot

Try Checking all the PIN'S and make sure they don't have any build up, might have to clean them. Good luck.

my fan speed has been gone since i had my corksport dash kit installed years ago. I dunno, looking down and seeing it on 1 is just as easy to me as looking at the red display.. lol

True it's been like that for a while now getting used to it oh well...
Thanks for the info...
Side note had my Mazda 6 display replaced at dealer yesterday, and when I got home I see 2 screws at my feet that looks like it holds the radio in at the bottom so they popped it in and didn't screw it in... Love how people don't care if it ain't theirs...
It was under warranty 100k...

Oil filter question...
Do any of you use a larger oil filter.
K&N for us is the HP 1008.
But the newer model Rx8 use the HP 1006 which is a taller one.
Have any of used a larger filter is it worth it???
And also after research the HP 1010
Is bigger all around with the same thread size and pitch but need to measure the O ring diameter for it is larger than both of the above I mentioned...
Why K&N because it's easy with the 1" nut on top to change...
