Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for all the advice you guys gave me for my trip - i just got back and i'm freakin' exhausted! Definitely a lot of fun, and my family can't wait to go back.
Btw - GO Kart racer is pretty badass - My best on the Monza Track was 32.9 though
Not bad for a rookie gas kart racer i guess...

So who here has done the Shazbot28 puddlelight mod? Well, I got mines a few days back, and I just attempted the diy myself. I got everything removed and spilced. Only thing now is that the LED from the puddle light isn't turning on.
How did you guys tap the wires? I tried the red wire to the green wire, and I've tried the black wire to the blue with red strip wire. And then outta frustration, I tried swapping the wires around thinking It was probably the wrong connections. And yet that wasn't it either.
I know its not the LED, since I had a few laying around and tried connecting them in, and unless they are all broken, or the second batch of LEDs I requested from Shazbot28 were a bad batch aswell. I doubt its the LEDs that the problem.
The courtesy light are on just fine too.
Ahhhh what could be wrong??

So it wouldn't matter what wires at tap where aslong as its the courtesy lights "the inside door lights "correct?
I also tried flipping the LEDs around multiple of times. But still it won't light up.
I'm thinking its the wires that are bad perhaps?
short of disconnecting the subject wire and using a megger, you might want to try a continuity test from the wire to its tie in location or at the fuse you need to make sure when you do the continuity test that there are no other wires tapped into that one, or it may produce a false positive.
Alright I solved the problem lol. Turns out it was the wire taps that were the problem. They weren't cutting enough into the wires I was trying to splice into. One sides amber, one sides white
Sick and hot lol.
you gotta admit, the weathers been weird. First, there was a lot of wind, which also stole my recycling bin no less, then trying to install footwell lights in this morning heat wave was a pain. I haven't sweated this much since last summer when my bike ran out of gas and I had to walk half a mile in full leather gear, great times

I might be able to offer my s/c kit with the cobb ap for around 4.5 to 5k
I'm targeting 300whp for track reasons. I want to make a kit where I can beat the **** out of it and there will be no issues.
The sole purpose of this kit is "time attack"
It will be EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to get mor power with bigger injectors, fuel pump and more tunning.
But base kit target is 5k

So I was driving home from on 880-S SF on Sunday around 3ish, and played leapfrog with a sunlight silver with clear corners and an Asian guy driving. I flashed you a peace sign and you sorta nodded.

Hello,
This page has been kinda dead lately.
Plus I didnt help the matter either.
Since it seems like it has been a while since a good meet we should have one and call it "The Reunion Meet" haha
Just like all those 80's bands getting back together...hahah but we should have mullets when we meet up.
