Anyone know any socal body/paint shop that can do CF Hood?

I was wondering if anyone knows or has any experience with local, socal (909 or 626) body/paint shops that can work on a carbon fiber hood. I've talked to some places and they look at the hood confused and want to repaint the whole thing or want to charge me a lot where I should just get a new hood. I am looking to spend around $120.

My cf hood has lost its touch, taken a lot of sun damage, and has pealed in several places. I am thinking all it needs is to be sanded and re-clear coated.

usually plenty of body shops who will re-clear coat a hood...its not really a difficult job if it has no cracks

i took my car for paint to Davis Collision in Chino off Shaffer. They did a good job matching my paint so they could probably do a decent job clear coating your hood.

Yeah... But I do not want to spend $300 when I could just buy a new hood.

I went to the body shop that did some work on my front and rear bumper and they wouldn't work on my cf hood...
