i wont be able to make the friday night stuff, my daughter is always with me, and we dont get out of ballet till close to 7pm. where and what time is everyone meeting saturday morning for the run?

 

Yeah I'm not sure if I will party Friday either since I may have my kiddos as well. But I will know whats up closer to the meet.

We will meet at Bandera and 1604 near the Gold Gym behind Whataburger. You should have made the pre run you could have seen me blow my radiator

i havent been to the forum in a while, lmfao, divorce caused me to get a 2nd job at the ballet studio 6 days a week, so by the time we get home i have no time to do much lmfao. sad i missed it, however comma :P i will not be missing this run!!! what time sat morn at 410 and bandera?

 

I feel your pain mami. I will check with the SARX guys and see if we have a set time and let you know. Check the SARX lounge because we wanna do some things prior to the run to make sure we "represent" when we are there

So anyone doing any mods before the event?

 

Yeah I have quit a few things to install but mainly functional items. The only bling is the fender vents and rear rotary light I was hoping to have rims but.......... I keep changing my mind each week.

 

Yeah I think my only new mod will be sways.....can't wait to install them!

Serisouly though if you guys are looking at getting stuff check out MVP Motorsports, they are giving us pretty decent discounts on stuff. Plus they will ship direct to you.

 

Just checked them out, decent prices. Are you getting rear sways too? I have been looking to get fronts and some of the tracks guys this aftermarket rears upset the balance of the car on the track.

 

Getting new gauges finally, and maybe springs? Scott what rear fog did you get? Im pretty surprised mine has held up this long considering friend pieced that thing together from scratch. Plus I have a new motor this year so I won't have to keep the car running at all the stops hahaha

Yeah I bought front and rear sway bars....I have only heard the exact opposite from people, everyone seems to love the sways after getting them and everyone I have talked to has a complete set.

 

I got the Lebren rear light and dipstick light. How is the new motor holding up?

If you do sways, I would HIGHLY suggest you do both front and back.

 

Yeah I have talked to a few heavy track guys and they advise against running aftermarket in the rear. I can't wait for the run!
