It's official room is booked
renesisjim +1, Tulsa
I can't wait. I am so looking forward to it. If someone from DFW area could give me the address where they are going to meet that would be great. Planning on leaving Tulsa early to meet up for drive to SA.

Not to worry............
A 2nd gen n/a in good condition & tune should give you 130-135mph on long straights, turbos better. The tight winding roads will impose speed limits on all drivers who want to see the scenery in the Hill Country, but are smart enough to not become part of it. High revs/good tires will keep you up with everybody in the tight winding roads & ahead of the 12As & autom.8s. Probably me too; convertibles are heavier.
Maybe do the Feb.20 practice run, see your tuner or*Tito*, can't beat Kumho 225 prices @Discount Tire if needed.
See you there if I can make it.

This 2 month wait is going to kill me, after watching the vids from last year. I am so excited I feel like a 16 year old kid just getting my license and the keys to my 88 GTA. I have been wanting to do a rotary event for 3 years.
Ok so after running the route this weekend.... We will have to adjust the intended route, if we went to Junction it would extend the run by about 2 hours. So if we just run the normal route but mix up the first part of the run. I will post up a link with my suggestion of how it can be run.... lunch break is going to be tough to schedule, it will either be early (around 11) or later (around 2pm) after the loop around the sisters. To change up where we eat, we can eat in Leakey at the motorcycle stop. From personal exp it is good food.

Well, you may be the only one from Oklahoma, I just found out I can't use my new vacation days till May 3rd... that is when our new fiscal year starts, I will attempt to see if I can use them before then.. but its not looking good.
