Y'all make sure to reallllllly watch for deer. They are stupid in the hill country there are also usually a lot of raccoons and skunks on that road since it scoots along side the river.

You're not kidding...I had a deer hit me once. Yep, it hit me. I was at a complete standstill and the damn thing ran into the side of my 8. Very stupid animals indeed. Be careful!

Angels,

You can call the hotel (info on the first post) and see if they have any rooms left. Several of us are doubling up on the rooms.

Also, for the DFW crew, some of us will be heading out Friday morning together (a separate post will be made for this). If you can join us for the drive down, that'd be great too.

And I don't know about 8's in Little Elm. I'm on the other side of one of the fingers of Lake Lewisville in Corinth.

Got XXitloads of traffic tickets, lost my drivers lic.
3 in Sebastian, 1 in pasadena, 1 in refugio, 1 in Robstown and of course out of state
Am slowly taking care of them, 5 down, 2 to go. Will not take care of all of them before
the drive:

Based on the numbers above, the hotel looks like they are willing to rope off the front parking lot for us to use to all park our cars together (including the people that are coming in on Sat morning)
