Having a "Prospective owners' info" thread

There's too many threads such as:

My suggestion is that we create a "Prospective owners' info" thread that will remain as a Sticky.

I think having such a sticky thread would clean up the General RX-8 forum as well avoid reposts and sustained bickering amongst senior members with neophytes.

The Australian forum has something similar :
