Just out of curiosity, if Mazda wouldn't have come out with the RX8, What car would you be driving today and why?

I know this has been asked before...but.....

Probably a GTO since it is:

RWD
2+2
V8
good quality
comfortable
fast/sporty

The 05 Mustang was a finalist but the rear seat headroom was very bad, your head rests on the rear glass (I'm 5'11).

But then again, I would have to re-do my extensive research before I could be sure.

 

Probably an STI, or maybe an FD.

 

Third Gen.

 

Maybe a Mustang or a used, high mileage G35....something around 25k or less with 4 seats that won't get me killed in real life and on insurance (sti)

 

NC Miata. My last car was a '97 Miata, so I probably would've just traded up to a newer model. Actually considered buying a Mazdaspeed Miata before I got the new job.

 

Hmm... Probably an Elise.

350Z.

There's a certain uniqueness about the Z cars and the RX-8. Always was.

 

Acura TL, G35, Civic SI, s2000, new miata

 

probably just kept my old Protege as daily driver and either a) maintain and work on the FC or b) get another fun car to play with...

 

S2000 and some sort of beater pickup truck.

 

A used fully loaded G35, STi, or GTO

 

Z

 

new IS, used g35, used m3, was bout to get a used boxter s.

 

G35 Coupe, 350Z, or 330Ci.

 

IS 350 I think.

 

Third generation RX-7 - unmodified or lightly modified.

 

Z or 250 IS

 

Civic SI or G35 coupe

 

325Ci

 

Z, g35 or STI

 

I don't have a RX8 but if I had the dough it would be a G35 coupe.
