I know this has been asked before...but.....
Probably a GTO since it is:
RWD
2+2
V8
good quality
comfortable
fast/sporty
The 05 Mustang was a finalist but the rear seat headroom was very bad, your head rests on the rear glass (I'm 5'11).
But then again, I would have to re-do my extensive research before I could be sure.

NC Miata. 
My last car was a '97 Miata, so I probably would've just traded up to a newer model. Actually considered buying a Mazdaspeed Miata before I got the new job.
