Respectfully, if you are new to rotaries I strongly advise AGAINST rebuilding your engine yourself. Other components of the car that are not rotary specific sure if you have mechanical knowledge then the other systems aren't anything special. But the motor is not a walk in the park despite it having a lot fewer moving parts as they are commonly known for. There are a lot of seals that require very specific measurements and precise tolerances to work and not fail shortly after.
